At Blued Clothing, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Options

1. Online Refund (Ship Back to Us)

  • Email support@blued.com.ph with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos of the item (required for all refund requests)

  • Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

  • Customers shoulder the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

2. In-Store Refund / Exchange

  • Bring the item to any Blued Clothing retail store with a printed copy of your order confirmation email.

  • After inspection, you may:

    • Exchange for another item or multiple items of equivalent total value, or

    • Request a refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items not returned in original condition
