Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

Customers shoulder the return shipping cost unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
2. In-Store Refund / Exchange

Bring the item to any Blued Clothing retail store with a printed copy of your order confirmation email.

After inspection, you may:

Exchange for another item or multiple items of equivalent total value, or

Request a refund, which will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
